ABBV-CLS-7262 (aka a form of Fosigotifator) is a brain-penetrant small molecule activator of eIF2B [1]. It is a prodrug molecule, intended for improved potency and absorption.

It is commonly thought to be a potential successor to ISRIB, as ISRIB binds to eIF2B [2], and increases its enzymatic activity.
