Myricetin is a natural product found in many plants/fruits, including most berries and also tea. It should be mentioned, the flavonoid content of foods is extremely variable and is influenced by both location, soil quality, and other factors.
Myricetin has been shown in studies to have physical-enhancing and nootropic properties.
