Luvadaxistat
Pharmacology
Luvadaxistat is an experimental drug that works as a D-amino acid oxidase (DAAO) inhibitor, which increases D-Serine in the brain [1].
Because its mechanism avoids potentiating NR3 like binding to the glycine site of NMDA may, and because Luvadaxistat potentiates endogenous D-Serine (and its special properties), it is likely superior to Neboglamine and D-cycloserine.
